E-design gives you the opportunity to transform the look of your home in a way that fits your style, timeline, and budget. Tackle a single room or your whole house!
Mix & Match offers three different online design packages: Full Room E-Design, Space Planning, and Virtual Consultations. You can find details about each one below. With transparent, flat fee pricing, you know exactly what you'll be paying up front - no surprises here.
My design style is simple, comfortable, and cozy with a modern twist. I love to pull pieces from different styles and blend them together to create a clean-lined, laid-back look - coastal, mid-century, industrial, and farmhouse are some of my favorites. No matter the package you choose, you can also expect excellent customer service and prompt communication (you'll always hear from me within one business day unless otherwise stated). Let's have some fun working together!

VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
Want to spend some time with me discussing your home and get some design advice? A virtual consultation might be just what you need. Maybe you have a smattering of design dilemmas in different areas of your home that need solving, or maybe you have ideas, but need a second set of eyes to make sure you’re on the right track with a project. Whatever the need is, we can talk about it over a video call! Once we finish our chat, I’ll put together follow up information to send to you that includes ideas, product recommendations, and/or inspiration that’s tailored to helping you move forward with your project(s).
Please note that because this consultation does not involve the creation of a design board or floor plan, any product recommendations are meant to be inspiration only. Always verify to make sure the furniture or decor is the right fit for your home in regards to style, size, and scale.

Up to an hour-long video call using FaceTime or Skype (additional hours are available to purchase as needed)
One-time follow up information either via email or my online client portal depending on what’s needed
What’s not included:
A design board
A to-scale floor plan
Package price: $195 for the first consultation hour + f
followup information/resources, and $145 for each
additional consultation hour.
Fine print: to reserve your spot and schedule your consult, payment must be received for the first hour of time. If additional hours are needed, those may be purchased immediately following the completion of the call.

FULL ROOM E-DESIGN - GENERAL INFORMATION:
Before you complete the steps below, please reach out to me via email so we can chat about your project to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us and to establish a timeline for getting started. Once you complete the “onboarding” steps and I have the information I need in-hand along with the package payment, we can jump into the fun part - the design phase!
Full room e-design packages include:
An introductory email to talk about your space
A design board with a visual representation of the recommended items
A floor plan that shows the suggested furniture placement and room setup
An opportunity to provide feedback via my online client portal (I'll make revisions based on that!)
A product list with direct links, prices, and purchasing information

DESIGN PHASE
Once you have submitted your information and you've purchased your package, we'll start on the fun part - the design phase! You should expect to receive a preliminary design board and floor plan via my online client portal within one week, and you'll be able to provide feedback at that time. Anytime you send an email with questions or feedback, you will receive a response within one business day (Monday-Friday). Timely responses from your side will ensure the best experience as well, and with good communication, we can put together the design plan in just a couple of weeks!*
Once the design phase is complete, you'll receive:
A shopping list with links the recommended items for your space (along with the ordering specifications like color and size)
The suggested floor plan/layout
The final design board
Applicable setup instructions

*Note: If there is a lapse in communication of greater than 30 days without notifying me of the need for extra time, SARAH ALLEN DESIGN reserves the right to close the project and charge a $75 reopening fee. This fee must be paid prior to continuing the project.
