Maintenance & Repairs

Arrival Preparation
The home is fully prepared prior to arrival, down to the details that make it immediately livable.

• Optional grocery and wine stocking
• Final systems check prior to arrival
Departure Closing
After each stay, the home is secured, reset, and maintained until your return.

Monthly Retainer
Private Estate Management is structured as an ongoing retained service, tailored to the scale, complexity, and operational needs of each property.
Each engagement is defined to ensure consistent oversight, clear accountability, and a level of care aligned with how the home is intended to function.
PRIVÉ is offered to a limited number of estates each year.
This ensures focus, discretion, and continuity across every property we oversee.
Our Process

Private Inquiry.
We begin with a confidential conversation to understand the property, your lifestyle, and how the home is currently operating.
This is where we assess what is working, what is not, and where oversight is required.
Typically conducted via phone or Zoom, depending on your location.

Estate Onboarding.
Once the engagement is confirmed, we begin a detailed onboarding process.
This includes a full property walkthrough, documentation of systems and vendors, and alignment of all service providers under a single standard.
Oversight systems are put in place so the home operates consistently, without requiring your involvement.
Define Core Services & Estimate.
We define the level of oversight required and establish the structure of the engagement.
This includes identifying the services necessary to maintain the home at the intended standard, along with a monthly retainer aligned with the size and complexity of the estate.
The goal is clarity from the beginning—what is handled, how it is handled, and to what level.
